1. About First Mile Labs

The Website is operated by First Mile Labs Ltd ("First Mile Labs", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in England and Wales.

These Terms apply only to use of the Website. Access to and use of the First Mile Labs compliance platform is governed by a separate written agreement entered into between First Mile Labs and its licensed clients. If you are an existing client, the terms of your licence agreement take precedence over these Terms in all respects.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only, including to:

• Describe First Mile Labs and its products
• Share information about KYB, KYC, and compliance orchestration
• Provide an ROI calculator and other tools for evaluating the platform
• Allow users to contact us or request demonstrations

The Website may also provide a login mechanism that enables authorised users to access the First Mile Labs compliance platform. Platform access is subject to a separate client agreement.

3. Access to the First Mile Labs Platform

Access to and use of the First Mile Labs compliance platform is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between First Mile Labs and the relevant licensed client.

These Terms do not govern use of the platform, even where access to the platform is initiated via the Website.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a client agreement, the client agreement shall prevail.
